Your Journey Begins Here

Saint Kolbe University designed the online programs to reach students where they are living. The convenience of 100% online degrees delivered in English and Spanish makes them conducive to obtaining your degree without interrupting your life.

The application process is simple and can be completed 100% remote.

Application Steps

1- Fill Online Application (15 minutes, no payment or financial commitment)

Most of the information in this application is probably known to you. This includes your personal information like address and contacts, your academic history including where you completed your undergraduate degree and when, and also what program you are interested in starting.
You may start your application and if you do not remember an item, you can come back later to complete it.

2- Submit Documents (1 to 5 days)

Proper documentation is of outmost importance, yet it is simpler than you think
The most important documents are the transcripts from your undergraduate degree university. These need to be official documents.
In addition to the transcript, international students need to send a standard copy or picture of an ID and a copy or picture of their completed degree.

3- Wait for Admissions Decision (Usually 48 hours for most cases)

Once you have submitted all the necessary applications and documents, our Admissions department and faculty will review your application to make sure you are ready to begin your journey with us.
If you comply with all the admission requirements to the program and there is still availability, you will receive an official Offer Letter, informing you that you have been Admitted!

4- Accept Offer Letter and Pay

You will receive an offer letter including the full Enrollment Agreement. This is the actual document where you accept the terms and conditions with the university. The agreement includes details and clear information about your program, start date, and estimated cost for the program.
Once you accept the enrollment agreement you have to make the initial payment at the same time. You can make this payment via credit or debit card or PayPal account online. The payment can be as low as just your application fee and first monthly payment and is fully refundable following the Enrollment Agreement terms.
Both steps need to be completed for you to be accepted as a New Student.

5- Get Ready for your First Course

Welcome!!! If you are at this step you are about to start your learning experience.
At this point, we will send you several readiness materials as well as access to your online classroom to complete a “Student Readiness Orientation” introduction.
Here you will learn how to navigate the classroom, interact with your faculty and other students, how to ask questions, request support, access the library and many other important functions that you will use regularly throughout your program.
Once you are ready, you will have access to your first course.
